Commission Info and Terms of Service

  • Communication via Email only

  • I work a part-time job and respond to emails typically during the times listed on my home page

  • Turn around time can be ~ 1 month

  • Be aware most of my art could be streamed on my Twitch Account. Commissions that cannot be worked on during stream will take more time to complete and have an extra charge.

  • Please inform me if you do not want your commission streamed (they are a gift/surprise/ect)

  • If you have a date in mind for your commission to be completed PLEASE let me know when you fill out the form. I will do my best to accommodate, but cannot garuntee.

  • Please provide a SFW or consored reference of your character if those details are not needed for your commission

  • Tips are an optional addition to your invoice you do not have to tip unless you want to

  • Commissions costing over $100 USD can opt-in for a payment plan of 50% upfront, 50% after the sketch is finished. Your art will not be worked on further until the second payment is made. Please pay the remaining amount within 2 weeks of sketch delivery. These payment plans are short and expected to be paid promptly. The first 50% payment is NON-REFUNDABLE after delivery of the sketch. You may not have the sketch 'finished' by you/another artist as per my TOS if you fail to pay the remaining balance of your payment plan

  • You must be 18 years or older to commission me

  • Payment is made by Square Invoice only, exceptions will be made for customers who's countries do not support Square, if this is the case payment will be made by Paypal invoice

  • Payment must be made upfront before I begin your artwork

  • Full refunds are only available for work that is not started. Only a partial refund may be given based on the amount of time already spent on your artwork

  • A commission may be refused for any reason

  • Base Prices may be changed based on the complexity of the character or idea you wish to be drawn

  • You may not profit off of the artwork you commission from me. If you wish to purchase the rights to the artwork to produce items such as merch (prints/stickers/charms/ect) this must be discussed ahead of time and an additional charge will be added to the final price

  • Any edits after the flat color stage may be subject to additional charges based on workload and will be discussed with the customer before completed

  • Artwork purchased may not be edited in any way. This includes coloring over / finishing sketches / painting over / ect

  • All artwork commissioned may NOT be used in blockchain transactions, such as, but not limited to NFT's

  • I will not work with characters or concepts generated using AI prompters such as, but not limited to, ChatGTP / Midjourney / DALL-E / WOMBO / starryAI / Ect

  • You may not use artwork commissioned from me in AI filters on platforms such as, but not limited to, TikTok and Capcut (AI Anime Effects, ect)

  • You may crop images to fit into of online galleries, if my watermark is cropped out please link back to my website or one of my social medias listed on my website

  • After delivery of final files you are responsible for saving them to your own device. I will not garuntee holding of files after 2 weeks after delivery.

  • I have the right to post any version or in progress images of commissioned art pieces to any of my social media accounts. If you wish your artwork to not be posted online this must be mentioned when submitting the form and will incur a 50% up charge

Commission Process

  • When filling out a commission form please leave as many details as you can within the form. This includes Clothing References / Poses / Location / 'pose doodles' / ECT. Sending these ahead of time allows me to make an accurate quote when replying to you the first time

  • Icons/Emotes will get a Sketch -> Final piece to review

  • Ref Sheets/Full Body/Half Body/Lockscreens/Illustrations will get a Sketch -> Linework+Flat Colors -> Final piece to review

  • If you would like MORE Work in Progress steps please let me know ahead of time, but this is my standard approval workflow. Any mistakes made by myself on your character/piece will be corrected for free up until the flat color phase within reason. If there are excess edits requested due to circumstances such as unclear direction/reference material there may be an extra charge. Please communicate if there needs to be any changes made

  • Artwork will be delivered via email

  • You will be given a watermarked and un-watermarked version of your files. PLEASE do NOT post the un-watermarked files publicly online such as Twitter, they are for your own private use.

  • This commission type features your character as the main focus with an optional simple background.

  • Please note the NSFW fee does not count for pinups/suggestive work. This is only for explicit NSFW artwork such as genital showing. If it cannot be streamed on Twitch assume you will incur this fee

~Halfbody Style Pose $100

  • 1 Character only

  • This commission type is characterized by your OC doin a cool pose. Typically with accesories/outfit, though they can be nude as well.

~Phone Lock Screen $150

  • Base Price

  • 488x1000 pixels [full res 1955x4000]

  • Additional characters + $75 (small characters like pokemon/pets are free of charge up to a point. If there are many there may be an additional cost)

  • Background included

  • This commission features your character center stage in a painted/lined background environment constrained to the proportions of a phone screen.

~Illustration Commission $400

  • Base Price

  • Complex scenes or ideas may increase the base price

  • I work best with natural scenery, but i can work with interiors at an increased price

  • This includes a fullbody, shaded character in a full illustrated setting

  • Additional Characters +$100 each

  • NSFW Fee +$100

  • If you have a specific resolution you would like it to fit (say for a desktop) please let me know in the form

  • To keeps costs down these types of commissions have a delivery date of approx. 2 months or more

  • This commission features your character(s) in a painted environment illustrated scene

  • Please note the NSFW fee does not count for pinups/suggestive work. This is only for explicit NSFW artwork such as genital showing. If it cannot be streamed on Twitch assume you will incur this fee
